  • We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, sizes, and images may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and product packaging may change.
  • Delivery estimates shown on product pages are a guide, not a guarantee.
  • Please read product descriptions and use every product as intended, supervising your pet where appropriate.

4. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and our 30-day money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furrow Friend is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law
